Where is JINGDÉ porcelain made?

Every piece in the collection is made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, China — the city that has made porcelain for more than a thousand years. Each product page gives the material, dimensions and care guidance for that piece.

Why do pieces vary?

Brushwork, glaze thickness, forming and kiln position can create small differences. Variation can be part of the process, but structural faults and unsafe surfaces are not reclassified as character.

Is every piece dishwasher- and microwave-safe?

No universal claim is made. Follow the care note on the individual product page. Metallic decoration, overglaze enamels and some crackled surfaces require gentler treatment. See our Product Safety page for food-contact information.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days, and standard delivery to the United States typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Every piece is individually packed to protect it in transit. See the Shipping Policy for details.

How are shipping costs, duties and import taxes handled?

Available shipping methods and the final total are confirmed at checkout. For delivery to the United States, applicable import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges and brokerage fees are covered by us. You should not need to make an additional import-related payment when your parcel is delivered. If a carrier or customs authority requests one, please contact us before paying.

What if something arrives damaged?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Please do not send broken pieces back unless we ask.
