Questions, Answered Honestly

Where is JINGDÉ porcelain made?

The current collection is presented as porcelain from Jingdezhen, China. Use each product page for the most specific available maker, kiln, material and firing information.

Why do pieces vary?

Brushwork, glaze thickness, forming and kiln position can create small differences. Variation can be part of the process, but structural faults and unsafe surfaces are not reclassified as character.

Is every piece dishwasher- and microwave-safe?

No universal claim is made. Follow the care note on the individual product page. Metallic decoration, overglaze enamels and some crackled surfaces require gentler treatment.

How are shipping costs and duties handled?

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and applicable charges are confirmed at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need destination-specific guidance.

Can I ask about a specific piece?

Yes. Use the contact form and include the product name or URL.
