You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Please contact us before sending any item back.

At a glance

• Change of mind: request within 30 days of delivery; item unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Arrived damaged or incorrect: tell us within 7 days with photographs — we will replace or refund, and cover reasonable return costs if a return is needed.
• Refunds: issued to the original payment method, normally within 7 business days of approval.
• UK and EU customers: also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel.

How to start a return

Send us the order number, the item you want to return, its condition and the reason through the contact form. We will confirm eligibility, the return address and packing requirements.

Do not send porcelain without return instructions: safe packing and the correct destination matter. Personalised or commissioned pieces may have different conditions, which will be confirmed before purchase.
