Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of jingdekeep.com (the "Store") and to any order you place with us. The Store is operated under the name JINGDÉ ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered business details are listed on our Contact Information page. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the law of the country where you live.

1. About our products

Our porcelain is made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, China. Much of it is formed, glazed, decorated or fired by hand, so small variations in colour, glaze pooling, brushwork and dimensions are a natural part of the material and are not defects. Measurements are approximate. We make every reasonable effort to display colours and surfaces accurately, but screens differ. Product pages describe the material, size and care guidance for each piece; please read them before ordering.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when you receive an automatic order acknowledgement. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a pricing or description error is obvious, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. For orders delivered to the United States, the total shown at checkout includes applicable import duties and customs charges, as described in our Shipping Policy. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; see Payment Methods. We do not store full card details.

5. Shipping and risk

Delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.

6. Returns, refunds and damaged items

Returns, cancellations, refunds and damaged or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Use and care

Please follow the care note on each product page. Pieces with metallic decoration, overglaze enamels or crackled surfaces need gentler handling. Decorative items are not intended for food use unless the product page says so. Stop using any food or drink vessel that is chipped or cracked.

8. Intellectual property

All text, photographs, designs, logos and other content on the Store belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale or submitting false information.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, photograph or other content, you confirm it is your own and accurate, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with the Store. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when your order was placed. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered place of business. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly.
