Shipping options and estimated delivery times are confirmed at checkout. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. For delivery to the United States, applicable import duties, import taxes, customs-clearance charges and brokerage fees are covered by us, so there should be no additional import-related payment when the parcel is delivered.

Before ordering

If an order is time-sensitive or the destination has special delivery requirements, contact us before purchase with the product and destination details.

On arrival

Inspect the outer package and each piece promptly. Keep the packaging while you check the order. If something is missing or damaged, contact us with the order number and clear photographs so the situation can be assessed.

If a carrier or customs authority requests an additional import-related payment, please contact us before paying and include a copy of the request.
